Quinoa Upma
2-3 Servings | 5 mins prep time | 10 mins cook time




Ingredients: 

 

  • 1 Cup Quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 4-6 Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 50 gm Green Peas
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sugar


Cooking Steps for Quinoa Upma:


Step 1 :

Heat the oil. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds. Sauté and add onion and green chilli's.

Step 2 :

After 2 minutes, add ginger.

Step 3 :

After 1 minute, add green peas, salt and a little sugar.

Step 4 :

Pour 2 cups of water. After it comes to a boil, add quinoa and mix well. It is ready to eat.
