- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk or curd
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
In a bowl, mix wheat flour, buttermilk, water and salt as per taste together.
Whisk it well to form a dosa batter. Add water if required according to the consistency of the batter.
Once the batter is ready, heat a pan and grease it with some oil.
Spread the batter in the pan and cook the dosa on both sides.
Serve it hot with some coconut chutney.
