- 400 gm Mithai Mate
- 2.5 Cup Milk Powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 2 teaspoon Ghee
- Almond/Badam as required
Cooking Steps for Milk Peda:
Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a flat non-stick pan.
Add mithai mate.
Add milk powder and keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.
Stir well on a medium flame till it separates from the pan. Add cardamom powder at the end.
Grease hand with ghee, take a small portion of mix and shape it.
Place badam on top.
