- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 0.5 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 200 gm Paneer Cubes
- 3 tablespoon Cream
- 1 table spoon Coriander Leaves
Cooking Steps for Paneer Makhani
Heat butter in a pan. Add all powdered spices & the Paneer Cubes & saute for a few minutes.
Mix the Bhuna Masala & water together in a bowl & add to the Paneer. Bring to a boil & simmer for 5 minutes, then add 2 tbsp cream & simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve garnished with the remaining cream, ginger juliennes, coriander leaves and green chillies.
