 Ingredients:

  • 1 Tea spoon Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger juliennes
  • 2 pieces Green Chilli Slit
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 200 gm Paneer Cubes
  • 3 tablespoon Cream
  • 1 table spoon Coriander Leaves

Cooking Steps for Paneer Makhani:



Step 1 :

Heat butter in a pan. Add all powdered spices & the Paneer Cubes & saute for a few minutes.

Step 2 :

Mix the Bhuna Masala & water together in a bowl & add to the Paneer. Bring to a boil & simmer for 5 minutes, then add 2 tbsp cream & simmer for 2 minutes.


Step 3 :

Serve garnished with the remaining cream, ginger juliennes, coriander leaves and green chillies.
