- 12 medium Eggs
- 150 gm Gram Flour
- 1 pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 2 large Onions
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Steps for Egg Bonda
In a vessel, boil all the eggs with water.
Once done, peel off the shells and set it aside.
Now take gram flour in a bowl, add turmeric powder, baking soda, red chilly powder and salt to it.
Mix the ingredients well and pour water to make a batter out of it, ensure not to make the batter too runny. Keep it aside to rest for a little while.
In a kadai, heat oil.
Once the oil is heated, coat the boiled eggs with the batter and put it in the kadai.
Deep fry all the eggs dipped in batter.
Once they turned golden brown, remove it and place it in a plate to rest.
Garnish the eggs with chopped onions and coriander leaves.
Serve it hot with some tomato ketchup.
